Hi Achievers, do you feel tightness around your hip flexor? A tight hip flexor will cause knee pain when you run or lower back pain as you sit long for a long period of time.

The first thing you can do is stretch your hip flexor to reduce tension. Watch this video on stretching your hip flexor.

Many people who have consistent hip flexor tightness would be a lot better off if they just stopped stretching them. Performing stretching for hip flexors only provides temporary relief, giving just a small window of comfort.

The band dead bug is a great exercise to strengthen your hip flexors. Give this movement a try and let me know how it goes.

Thanks for being here!
